I’m Tom, the guy behind Just a Dad Approved. Over the past few years, I’ve personally purchased and tested more than 250 robot vacuums, and over 1,000 home appliances and gadgets — all with my own money. No sponsors, no scripts, no gimmicks. Just real-world testing and honest opinions from years of hands-on experience.
I started this site to help families make smarter buying decisions by showing what really works in a real home — the good, the bad, and the “Dad Approved.”
My job is simple: to help you find the best products at the best prices so you can spend less time guessing and more time enjoying gear that truly works.
